How can I pass application information to Ad Server

  1. I want to pass on app bundle, device user-agent, device IFA information to GAM tag
  2. I want to determine description_url (GAM Ad request param) from which request is coming to SSAI
  3. I am using SSAI tag in multiple application. So can't hard code it in GAM tag
  4. Any macro SSAI Supports?
