The newly applied Amazon Connect cannot apply for a phone number

Error Message:‘ You have reached the phone number limit. To increase this limit, please contact support personnel‘。How should I solve this problem.

In the navigation pane, choose AWS services and select Amazon Connect. 1.Find the "Phone numbers per instance" quota and choose it. 2.You will see a list of your Amazon Connect instances in the region. 3.Select the instance for which you want to increase the quota and click Request increase at resource-level. 4.Enter the new desired quota value and submit the request. 5.You can track the status of your request in the Quota increase history page. Creating a support case 6.If your quota isn't listed in the Service Quotas console, navigate to the AWS Support Center console. Choose Create case. 8.Select Account and Billing as the service, then choose Looking for service quota increases?. 9.Provide a detailed description of the quota increase you need, including the current limit and the new limit, and select the correct region. 10.Submit the case and wait for the AWS Support team to respond.
