Incorrect Name on Pearson Vue Account

Hello

  1. My name appears correct on my AWS Certification Portal but not on Pearson Vue Account.
  2. I have contacted AWS via https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training but they asked me to contact Pearson Vue.
  3. I have contacted Pearson Vue, they stated they can't initiate name change on their end, it has to come through AWS only.
  4. I have tried to convey this situation to both of the customer supports, none of them is taking responsibility to fix the issue. Instead, each of the two asks to contact the other one.
  5. I have already rescheduled my exam once due to this issue, rescheduled exam is on 8th December 2024.

I feel helpless at the moment, as neither AWS nor Pearson Vue is taking responsibility to correct my name. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest, considering my upcoming examination.
