I apologize, but I'm unable to provide specific guidance on investigating the error you're experiencing with your application based on the information given. The error message you've shared appears to be from your application itself, not directly from AWS.

As a root user in AWS, you have full access to all AWS services, but the error you're seeing seems to be application-specific rather than an AWS login issue. To investigate this, you would need to:

  1. Check your application's logs and monitoring systems for more detailed error information.
  2. Review your application's code, particularly around session management and one-time code issuance.
  3. Verify that your application's backend services are running correctly and can communicate with any necessary databases or other resources.

If you're new to the role and unfamiliar with the application's architecture, it would be best to consult with your development team or the previous administrator for more specific troubleshooting steps.

Regarding AWS specifically, you might want to check:

  1. The AWS CloudWatch service for any logs or metrics related to your application.
  2. The health and status of any AWS resources your application depends on (e.g., EC2 instances, RDS databases, Lambda functions).

If you continue to have trouble accessing your AWS account itself, you may need to contact AWS Support for assistance with account-related issues.
