You'll automatically have default VPCs and subnets in each Region. These are standard, don't cost anything and don't need to be deleted.
As stated above, the default VPCs in your regions will not cost anything. One way to find if there is anything deployed that might have a cost and prevent their deletion is to look at the Elastic Network Interfaces (ENI) deployed in those subnets. In the Console, EC2 Dashboard -> Network & Security (left menu) -> Network Interfaces. Investigate anything you find here.
Thank you for the comment,I tried but it showed error.I made a general comment below because I can't add pictures to inline comments I made
Check dependencies Make sure that there are no dependencies on the default VPC resources you want to delete. If there are dependencies, you may need to delete those resources first before you can delete the VPC resources.
@kentrad I think there is a general error in this location.When I try to see Network Interfaces it shows error. I added error in the attachment.
@kishanpokar In this location it doesnt let me to see or delete any dependency either.As in the attachment.
@skinsman
Hopefully like you said default vpcs don't cost anything. Interesting thing is because I tried to delete those vpc
s there are more active services shown in the Bills section now.(previously it was 4 active service,now its 9) made me more concerned honestly.

Thank you.I dont know if tagging sends you my answer but in my general comment, I wrote a part for you.Active services doesn't mean anything about cost right? Because even I deleted dynamodb tables etc. from the related location, it still shows in the active services.I cant clear it up from here I guess ?
