PEM was working for SSH , but not working now

C:\Windows\System32>ssh -i "C:\AWS\tyrewala.pem" ubuntu@3.110.148.25 ubuntu@3.110.148.25: Permission denied (publickey).

Same file was working. i can see the key pair in AWS also .
