How to make an email address with custom domain using any of AWS free tier

0

Hello, I'm new with AWS. im a bit confused with how to make an email address with a custom domain. I already have a domain hosted and running under ec2.

Now, I want to make SES for email - but it asks for existing email for verification. we dont have the email address just yet and not sure how or where to make it. I'm aware of workmail - but its since its paid and we would be using SES further on, I would like to know if theres anyway I can make an email address with custom domain (eg : hello@xxx.com) using any of the AWS free tier.

please and thank you for your help.

There should be

1-Verify domain with SES 2-Set up DNS records to allow SES to send and recieve your emails 3-Create email address with custom domain 4-Verify Email address

you should be good to go!
