ElastiCache serverless default storage price

To test ElastiCache serverless, we simply created a Redis cache and checked the cost 5 days later. I was charged $20 for storage even though I didn't do any work. I would like to know the basic cost of ElastiCache serverless storage.

From the Amazon ElastiCache pricing page, under serverless:

Minimum metered data storage: 1 GB per cache.

Also, Free Tier does not apply to Elasticache Serverless. Elasticache serverless is charged by both data stored with a minimum of 1GB and by Elasticache Processing Units. You should consult Analyzing your costs with AWS Cost Explorer to understand exactly how the $20 is made up.
