Failing to terminate instance via CLI and console

Hi,
I am due to instructions from here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/TroubleshootingInstancesStopping.html

I am not able to destroy my EC2 instance i-0ac3ae475d0e92ded (originally provision via Terraform, as a EKS node) due to to having two attached volumes vol-0f44eb8abe70d2f96 & vol-0ea11ba8c27f4e28c.
I cannot detach (or force-detach) these two volumes either (tried via CLI and console).

There is no valuable data on any of them, they were for a dev/test project.
Please assist in removing them.
