Corn Job not working on AWS Lightsale wordpress

We are using a plugin called: GPT AI Power: Complete AI Pack. The plugin require us to set up a cor job. we did follow their instructions on https://gptaipower.com/how-to-add-cron-job/ Result, nothing is working on lightsale. the instructions work on a lightsale server with cpanel but not working on lightsale wordpress without cpanel.

the plugin is saying: Important You must configure a Cron Job on your hosting/server. If this is not done, the Bulk Editor feature will not be available for use.
