Does Amazon allow dynamic phase shifting?

Locally done by instantiating an MMCM and then accessing its PSEN, PSINCDEC, PSCLK and PSDONE ports.

I'm just getting started but couldn't find a concrete answer to this, sorry if it's a dumb question.

Hello,

Customers should be able to instantiate MMCMs in the CL region and as such have full control of the parameters and signals supported by the MMCM IP. Please let us know if you run into any issues with your approach.
