Static IP address for EC2 Instance

In Launch new instance, step 3: Configure Details, select Enabled in Auto-Assign Public IP.

For fixed IP, In EC2 console go to Elastic Ips, select Allocate Elastic IP addres, and later, in actions assign this ip to your EC2 instance.
