DNS entry on .site domain not working?

I have bought a .site domain from AWS domain manager. Domain was requested and approved thursday. By Sunday no DNS entry was getting propagated yet. Tried to re-do SOA and NS entries but seems the issue persists. When I use the own aws dns entry test, the response seems fine, but any other service based on these entries are not working. Even own AWS certificate manager is not recognizing the entry made on the said domain dns. Is this a support case or am I missing something here? Have done this for years with .com and .net domains and it has never happened before.

To troubleshoot this further:

  1. Can you please provide DNS hostname so that I can check?

You might have to open a support case and see what went wrong and why is domain not propagating. Though provide me the domain name so that I can also test few things on my side.

When you first register a new domain it creates you a zone by default.

If you have created a new public zone you will need to update the NS servers to point to the new zone.
