Connect to MemoryDB with a IAM user.

0

MemoryDB now has support for IAM authentication. https://www.amazonaws.cn/en/new/2023/amazon-memorydb-for-redis-now-supports-iam-authentication/

However, I can't find a single example of how to connect to MemoryDB. I don't know what the IAM permissions should look like. And I've got no idea how to sign a connection to MemoryDB.

Does anyone know more or have an example of how to do this???

Hi,

Go to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/memorydb/latest/devguide/iam.identitybasedpolicies.html

You'll find there lots of examples of IAM policies for MemoryDB to execute various activities on your clusters.

Best,

Didier
