Product API not working

Hi All, Am using Product API to Getitem images of product. Product API key has a requirement to have at least 01 sales in a month. Today I have a sale but am unable to use the API key as it is giving me a "Throttling Error". unable to get support from their help desk. They recommend this forum.

It would be great of anyone knew the reason.
