Will an IPv6-only instance have NAT IPv4 connectivity for making outbound connections, or is it truly IPv6 only without even a private IPv4 address?

As per IPv6-only instance plans in Lightsail

With an IPv6-only instance plan, your instance receives a public IPv6 address and doesn't support public IPv4 traffic.

Just tested. The Lightsail instance has a private IPv4 address, a IPv6 address and no public IPv4 address. It is unable to establish public IPv4 connections.
