AppRunner crash notifications

Question

Greetings!

I've just moved my API and website from a custom AWS infra to use AppRunner. The only thing I'm stuck on is how to monitor crash events...
I want to create an alert in cloudwatch to SNS etc but the apprunner instances create log-groups with randomised names.
Is there a way to create a metric across these log groups, or is there a better way still?

CloudWatch Logs keeps log data in log streams that it further organizes in log groups. A log stream is a sequence of log events from a specific source.
