Getting "No Matching EC2 VPC Endpoint found" error

I am trying to create an ecs cluster using terraform in us-east-1 region. I had done this prior and it worked fine. When I tried running the terraform command again it gave this error and I have been stuck in this. I am not using EC2 so i am not very sure where the ec2 comes from.

Hello.

I can't say because I haven't seen the Terraform code you're using, but there may be a problem with the part that creates the VPC endpoint or the part that references the VPC endpoint.
For example, if a resource that references a VPC endpoint is created before the VPC endpoint, an error may occur.
