RDS Aurora - Postgres, database version update Stuck

My RDS Aurora Postgres Upgrade is stuck, i was able to restore and create new database from the last snapshot. But this DB is still showing upgrade in progress, am unable to stop it, delete it or do anything. Not sure how to get suppport for this.
