AWS SageMaker Ground Truth

The most basic cause for this would probably be that your users have not actually logged in and completed+submitted any labelling results... but it's worth mentioning that labelling job status updates aren't quite real-time: In my experience it can sometimes take:

• ~5-10 minutes from creating a labelling job to workers seeing anything available to annotate in the portal
• ~5-10 minutes from a worker submitting an item, to the count updating in the AWS Console for SageMaker Ground Truth
• ...and likewise ~5-10 minutes from the final item being submitted, to the labelling job showing as "complete"

If it's been longer than this, then the most likely reason is either that the users haven't done any labelling yet, or are facing some problem preventing them from logging in or submitting labels.
