Change storage class in S3 console fails with big files (over 100GB)

Hi
I get error "Part number must be an integer between 1 and 10000, inclusive" when I try to change storage class to Glacier or Glacier deep archive from Standard.
I'm using S3 management console. Failing files are over 100GB. Smaller are successfully changed to Glacier or Glacier deep archive.

Any advice how I could continue?

Storage class change works when made in lifecycle transition rule.

Changing storage class for selected files in S3 management console dropdown menu is broken for big files (over 100gb).
