One of the better official(ish) samples you may get would be from the Well-Architected Labs.
There are sample files for 3 months towards the bottom of this page: Cost and Usage Reports. There are about 300k rows across the 3 files provided. These files are from 2018, so the format may have changed to some degree.
The samples linked in the above comment have moved, and now you can find it in the Cost Optimization Workshop, under the Automated CUR Updates and Ingestion lab. CUR Sample data is at the bottom of that page.
Direct download link is here (for now, link might change in the future): https://static.us-east-1.prod.workshops.aws/public/4aabd1d4-0949-451c-9a47-dd6e00fe38fa/static/2_Expenditure_and_usage_awareness/60_Automated_CUR_Updates_and_Ingestion/Code/CUR-Sample.zip

thanks, that helps!
Wondering if there are any other reports. If the PII information is obfuscated from large accounts then it should be consumable by the community. isnt it?
There may be some others out there, but I haven't found many besides the ones I shared. If you have a technical account manager for your account then you can ask them, and they might be able to generate one for you.
