error snapshot does not start lightsail

0

Hello,

I am quite desperate. Yesterday, I made some adjustments to one of my most critical virtual machines, and after rebooting it, it did not start up again. I had taken a snapshot beforehand, but it does not work either. I tried creating two instances in different locations, but neither of them boot up. I can't connect via SSH, and the "Connect via SSH" option in the console remains blank. I have already created a ticket with Amazon, but I haven't received any response yet. I don't know what else to do, as the instance shows as "running", but I have no access to it in any way. What can I do to resolve this?

Hello.

Create a volume from a snapshot of the root volume by following the steps in the document below.
After creating it, why not mount it on a normal Lightsail instance, copy the necessary data, and restore the data?

It is also possible to set a startup script when restoring from a snapshot.
You can also try setting up a startup script to undo the settings you last changed.
