In case of a Natural Disaster (Hurricane, earthquake, storm, etc.) on AWS, is the platform fully responsible for the affected or lost information on the servers? What does the contract say according to the acquired services?

I would suggest to read in details the AWS Service Terms and AWS Customer Agreement to get answers to your questions:

You will see that different services have different terms. So, you need to read the sections relevant to the services that you use to get all details
