After provisioning the CA long code, the Pinpoint Console shows the monthly fee under Number details which is $1 USD for Canadian long code.
For other countries, while requesting the long code limit team shares the costs associated with obtaining it or you can always open a support case to confirm the price details.
To get pricing information for long codes for sending SMS messages:
Open an AWS Support case and select "Dedicated SMS Long Codes" as the resource type.
Provide details about your use case in the case description.
If approved, AWS will send you information about the costs associated with obtaining the long code, as well as an estimate for provisioning time. Pricing can vary depending on region and use case.

You may also need to check with your specific mobile carrier for any additional fees they charge for receiving messages on long codes.
