Is AWS RDS for MS SQL (non RDS Proxy) a SaaS or PaaS service

Hi,

It is a PaaS because provides a platform to develop and manage applications, where allows you to run yourself while exploiting certain aws managed features.

It differs from Saas as Saas apps focuses more on a fully managed consumable end-users application it self.
