Can't see available jobs on SageMaker as a worker

0

I invited myself to work on a labelling job on SageMaker. I got to label 14 images (out of about 1300) before AWS told me there was a network error and logged me out. It has been two hours since and I have not been able to see any available jobs on my workstream. I would appreciate any help.

While it's difficult to provide a specific solution without access to more detailed error messages or logs, here are a few general troubleshooting steps you might consider:

  1. Check the Job Status: Ensure that the job is still in progress and hasn't been completed by other workers. You can check this in the SageMaker console, under the Ground Truth "Labeling Jobs" section.

  2. Refresh and Relogin: Try logging out and logging back into the labeling portal. It might be a temporary glitch which can be resolved by a simple logout-login. Make sure you're logging in with the correct worker portal URL.

  3. Check the Network: The issue could be due to network problems. Try accessing the portal from a different network or device to rule this out.

  4. Clear Cache: Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, old or corrupt cache files can cause issues with websites.

  5. Use a Different Browser: Try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.

  6. Look for Errors: If the AWS Console or the developer tools console in your browser shows any error messages, these might give a clue as to what's going wrong.

  7. AWS Support: If none of these steps help, the best course of action might be to raise a support ticket with AWS, providing as much detail as possible about the issue, including any specific error messages you're seeing.

Please remember that, as a worker, you only have access to the jobs that have been specifically assigned to you or have been made available to the workforce that you're part of.
