SSL Validation keep on pending

We use register the domain in AWS and use Route 53 to add a public zone. We follow the instruction to add the CName record in the Route 53 zone? Why my status of SSL is still pending for a long time?

Hello.

If your domain is managed by Route53, there is a setting to create a CNAME record by following the steps in the document below.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/dns-validation.html#setting-up-dns-validation

If verification does not succeed even after adding a CNAME record, I recommend checking the troubleshooting document below.
Also, please check whether the hosted zone itself can be used and whether the NS record name resolution is possible.
