I had to create a support ticket with PearsonVue to resolve this issue. They took about 3 business days to retrieve the exam report and provide the results to AWS

When you see "Delivery Failed" status on the Pearson Vue website after taking an AWS certification exam, it indicates there was an issue with the delivery of your exam results to AWS's certification system.
Here's what you should know about this situation:
-
Normal processing time: While AWS typically posts final exam results to your AWS Certification Account within five business days, there are cases where delays can occur.
-
Possible reasons for the delay:
- There might be technical issues with the exam result transmission between Pearson Vue and AWS
- Your exam results could be under review by the AWS Certification Security team, which can extend beyond the standard 5-day timeline
- System updates or processing delays between the testing center and AWS
- Next steps you can take:
- Continue monitoring your AWS Certification Account under the "Previous Exams" or "Exam History" section
- Check your email (including spam folders) for any communications from AWS
- Since you've already created a support ticket, follow up if it remains unassigned after a few more days
- You can also directly contact AWS Certification support through the support form at aws.training/Support
If your results are under security review, the process may take up to 3 weeks to complete. This review doesn't necessarily indicate any wrongdoing on your part, as AWS conducts routine forensic analysis to maintain certification integrity.
For now, continue to monitor your support ticket and be prepared to wait a bit longer for resolution.
