Hi,

Can any one please help me to resolve this.

Your account must be verified before you can add new CloudFront resources. To verify your account, please contact AWS Support (https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/) and include this error message.

Hello.

Before creating CloudFront, you must open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
I have experienced the same error in the past, but I was able to resolve it by contacting AWS Support.
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
