AWS Certificate 22 days delay!

I took my AWS Developer associate exam on December 20 , 2021. Almost 22 days over and I haven't received my certificate. There were 3 cases opened with PSI and AWS support but no luck yet. I am helpless and looking to get an update.

Have you tried to access your certificate via the aws.training portal. Within Achieved Certifications you will be able to download your certificate. The certificate is usually made available via your AWS Certification Account within five days of you passing your exam.

I think a lot of work is being delayed due to the year-end vacation. If you wait a little longer, you will get good results.

    Its almost 22 days over....None of customer service is able to provide response. Very unsatisfied customer service on this.
