Is the service here Simple Email Service (SES)? You can apply to uplift your quota on the Service Quotas Console https://console.aws.amazon.com/servicequotas/
Full details are here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/manage-sending-quotas-request-increase.html

Thank you Steve. The service is SES. I did apply, thank you. In investigating my issue I see that my SES account is still "in the sandbox". The quota increase resquest I submitted has now disappeared, even though I did receive a few emails a about it and answered AWS' questions about intended use etc. I didn't delete the request or close the issue, so I'm not sure what happened there. Wondering if it has to do with the sandbox status on my SES account. Any insight would be really helpful and so appreciated. My web developer has told me I need a new domain to get around this quota limit but I'm unsure how that would help me.
I can't see what happened to your request (I don't work for AWS) but the link in my original answer says the limit can be increased once your account is out of the sandbox.
Steps to get out of the sandbox are here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/request-production-access.html
