Data node in aws elasticsearch 7.10 disappeared

I have a single node elasticsearch configured. Data node disappeared and elasticsearch did not put back a new data node. when I tried to debug, there were no entries in the event history or data node history. Not sure why this happened. What are the steps i need to take to get the data node back?

Please guide me on this.

Hello.

I don't think AWS will delete user resources without permission.
Therefore, the region you are checking may not be the region where you created ElasticSearch.
Try searching for ElasticSearch while changing the region using the steps in the document below.
