How to install Docker in AWS VM (Windows/Linux)

I have to use Docker in VM machine for our requirement. Right now I have created Windows VM but because of Virtualization is not getting enabled in VM, I'm not able to install Docker in VM.

Please provide documentation, link to install docker in AWS EC2 instance VM. For both Windows and Linux. Thank you

If my memory is right, Hyper-V only working with metal type instances not usualy VM type instances.

i never tried since late 201X so AWS might be support this on some specific VM type instances now though :)
