Hello, please configure your device before running IDT by following this guide: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/greengrass/v2/developerguide/device-config-setup.html

It looks like you've missed the section for windows devices and have not installed psexec: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/greengrass/v2/developerguide/device-config-setup.html#configure-windows-user-for-idt
