You can contact AWS support. Billing support is covered by basic support plan. Explain them the situation. If you are not sure what is the resource you are charge for you can stop all the apps in SageMaker domain or delete the entire domain
Mi Sha this is not true at all and your response is unnacceptable. I have a Sagemaker domain that cannot be shut down because of 2 spaces that still exist. This is despite those 2 spaces being fully deleted previously. The resources are not visible anywhere on Sagemaker Studio or SageMaker Canvas / Data Wrangler. This is clearly still a problem that AWS has not taken seriously. My suggestion to anyone using SageMaker canvas is to firstly assess whether you need it or can learn Python to use the free libraries on a n EC2 instance you launch and controil, secondly if you still need SageMaker then create a sandbox account separate from your main account and delete all the resources you can and then delete the sandbox account. Shame on you AWS.
