Cannot upgrade RDS MySQL 8.0.31 to 8.0.32

Region: ap-northeast-1 Trying to upgrade RDS MySQL 8.0.31 to 8.0.32 failed with following error: RDS does not support creating a DB instance with the following combination: DBInstanceClass=db.t4g.micro, Engine=mysql, EngineVersion=8.0.32, LicenseModel=general-public-license.

The MySQL instance is running normally: db.t4g.micro / mysql / 8.0.32 / general-public-license. Is this intentional restriction? or something wrong in RDS?

Note: I ran aws rds describe-orderable-db-instance-options. In region ap-northeast-1, db.t4g.micro/8.0.32 is not in list, but in us-east-1, it is in list.

    Got the same issue in eu-west-1: when using the console to modify the database instance, MySQL DB engine version 8.0.32 can be selected.

    But when trying to actually apply the changes, the error occurs.

Confirmed db.t4g.micro / mysql / 8.0.32 is now available in ap-northeast-1.

    FYI: confirmed db.t4g.micro / mysql / 8.0.32 is now also available in eu-west-1

As of today, a minor upgrade to 8.0.33 is also supported on db.t4g.micro. Tested it myself.
