Cannot enable DKIM for SES email address

0

https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/messaging-and-targeting/an-overview-of-bulk-sender-changes-at-yahoo-gmail/

As per this news, we should enable DKIM.

On SES, when going to the configuration of my existing identity, there is no Edit option. It says: "DKIM authentication can only be set at the domain level.."

Currently, my identity is an email address like xx@xx.com.

What do I have to change to enable DKIM for this email address on SES?

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, DKIM only happens at the level of DNS domain itself not for a particular identity.

The setup is described here (see the various sections under DKIM hearder) : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/send-email-authentication-dkim.html
