I need to migrate a moodle application from a locaweb server to aws. How do I do ? What information do I need from locaweb to do this migration?

Without more information, Application Migration Service is probably your best bet. It will migrate your server to EC2, allow you to test it, and then cutover with minimal downtime. https://aws.amazon.com/application-migration-service/
