Worker ID is not showing up in the requester portal for approval

I made a custom qualification task using python and when the worker starts "take test" they will get an external link where I put my custom qualification task. After completion, they got a code and they need to put the code in the input form that I provided for them in the qualification submission form. After that in the worker portal, it is showing "Qualification submitted successfully and pending approval from the requester" in the pending qualification section. Now, in the requester account, I should get the worker id under the "workers" tab. But there is no worker id is there. As I do not get any approval request, I made a worker id by myself to check what is the issue. That's what I found out. If anyone has any idea/solution please let me know.
