*Accessing Wordpress dashboard*

I'm new to AWS.
I've been working with Wordpress since 2009.
I have:
Created an Instance, Database, Networking, and Storage.
I have retrieved the password.

When I type in the Static IP address is just times out and says "the server can't be found".

I've made a mistake, but I don't know where. I am following all the documentation that I can find and it all says the same thing.

I'm all about learning, but I've been at this for 5 days now and can't find the mistake on my own.

Thank you,

Laurie

When you say you "Created an Instance, Database, Networking, and Storage", do you mean you created a pre-built WordPress instance, or did you use some other configuration?

Did you attach your static IP to your instance?
