Restrict Root user

Hello Team , we have lot of AWS account which are the member of AWS organization . I want to restrict the root user of some member account to perform any operation on the account.

These are the AWS account in which we want to restrict any IAM user and root user to do any kind of operation.

You can block the root user from performing actions using a Service Control Policy: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_scps_examples_general.html#example-scp-root-user

    That exact link has an example policy. If you want to restrict all actions, change the Action section to *.
