Barge options not available in threeparty

Call Barge options not available when we not enabled "Enable Multi-Party Calls and Enhanced Monitoring" in the Instance Telephony, we can only able to do Silent monitoring

But We can able to do both Silent monitoring and barge options in the multiparty calls.

Amazon Connect does not support barge-in in Multi-Party Calls. Please see the detailed documentation about that in the feature specifications.
