A notification banner or warning message upon initial console login?

Hi all
Is it possible to show a notification banner or warning message upon initial AWS console login? For example,
Warning: This application is intended for authorized personnel only. Unauthorized use may be monitored and restricted.
Thanks.

Hello.
As of February 2025, there is no setting in the management console to display any warning text.
If you really want to display a warning message, you will need to develop your own browser extension.
