QuickSight - how to backup a user's work?

0

I would like to know best practices for backing up a QuickSight user's work. This includes data sets and Analysis & Dashboards. At the moment, even as a QuickSight Admin, there's no way for me to backup work to another user account or otherwise if an account is accidentally deleted or the user has left the "team". Does anyone have suggestions on the matter?

Thanks!

When an admin deletes a user they are presented with an option to transfer all their assets to another user: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/managing-users-enterprise.html When working, Autosave is on by default but can be turned off: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/saving-changes-to-an-analysis.html

You can also evolve your analytics with Amazon QuickSight’s APIs and theming capabilities. See this blog for details.

Does this option of transferring resources from one user to another just throw everything that was created to another owner? Is there no option to leave it separated in a folder, for example?
