Glue Job Permission (AccessDeniedException) Error

We have created a new User and assigned him with Admin Role/privilege. Now we tried to open/run the Glue Job where we faced an issue saying "startJobRun: AccessDeniedExcpetion". Please find the attached screenshot for reference. Request to please help us resolve this issue.

Can you validate that the Glue Job has the correct policies/permissions on the assigned IAM Role to access the relevant resources?
