Invoice cancellation due to service activation by mistake

Good morning!

We're investigating what happened, but for some reason a database service was activated in our AWS account, but it was not used and this generated a charge. We recently received an Invoice and we need help negotiating its cancellation. How shall we proceed?

In this case, you will need to submit a support case for the Billing service to discuss options.
