I found around 600+ amazon owned documents, is there any documentation available to confirm whether all this amazon owned documents are same across all the regions and all the aws accounts ?

Hello,

AWS keeps the same documents across all the region for all the accounts. If there is any update made in any document then it is updated in all the region as well.
