CCP Users Cannot Authenicate using Directory Connector

Configured Coonect Instance to use directory connector and when adding user's the connector works showing user's from our on-prem AD. However when using CCP user's are not able to authenicate. No error message is shown it just loops to enter username and password. Any thoughts appreciated.

This issue was related to Microsoft patch applied to the domain controllers. AWS support provided a hot fix.
