AWS IoT Secure Tunnel Fails to Install

0

Context: Installing AWS IoT Greengrass Secure Tunnel Component 1.0.14 to an ubuntu-based device. Previous versions installed correctly. This most recent version triggers with a Java Runtime Environment error, which I can attach if required, though it will exceed the character limit.

Question is, where to report this as a bug ? I don't see a separate repo for the secure tunneling component - whats the appropriate reporting avenue for this bug to the iot/greengrass team ?

If you have a support plan, you can report the bug through a normal support ticket. The AWS team will investigate and analyze the causes of the bug. When reporting the bug, include all the documentation and output that led up to the error you are experiencing

Hello, can we have more clues about what type of error this is? There is no need to attach the whole log if snippets will suffice. Just want to know if this deployment error has something to do with the platform architecture (armv8 for example). I can then determine whether I or the Greengrass team can answer the problem.
